Four precision tools for every distortion need
The core liquify tool. Drag in any direction to push and pull pixels smoothly. Adjust brush size for fine detail or sweeping broad distortions.
Hold over an area to spin pixels into a spiral. Switch between clockwise and counterclockwise rotation for vortex or counter-spin effects.
Pulls pixels toward the brush center creating a pinching or shrinking effect. Great for slimming features, tightening areas, and adding contour definition.
Pushes pixels outward from the brush center creating a bulging, expanding effect. Perfect for widening eyes, puffing cheeks, or cartoon exaggerations.

Try the Liquify ToolThe liquify tool lets you warp, push, twirl, pucker, and bloat pixels within an image using a brush. Unlike basic resize or crop tools, liquify manipulates individual pixels in a fluid, mesh-like way — making it ideal for face retouching, body reshaping, and creative distortion effects. It's the same technology used in Photoshop's Liquify filter, now available free in your browser.
Yes, completely free. No account registration, no subscription, and no watermarks on your exported images. Simply open the tool in any modern browser and start distorting immediately. All processing happens locally in your browser, so your images remain private and are never uploaded to our servers.
Absolutely. The push and pucker brushes with a small brush size and low pressure setting are perfect for subtle portrait retouching. Use the push tool to slightly slim the face or adjust jawlines, and the pucker tool to gently refine nose or eye shapes. The key is using small, controlled strokes at low intensity for natural-looking results that don't appear edited.
Pucker pulls pixels toward the center of your brush, creating a contracting or pinching effect — useful for slimming features, tightening areas, or making objects appear smaller. Bloat does the opposite, pushing pixels outward from the brush center, creating a bulging or expanding effect — great for widening eyes, enlarging lips, or exaggerating features for cartoon-style art. Think of pucker as "shrink here" and bloat as "expand here."
The twirl brush rotates pixels around the center of the brush in a spiral motion. Simply hold the brush over an area and the pixels will begin spinning. The longer you hold, the more dramatic the spiral becomes. You can switch between clockwise and counterclockwise rotation depending on the direction of spin you want. It's perfect for creating vortex effects, spiral hair, whirlpool water, or abstract artistic distortions.
Yes. The editor includes full undo and redo support so you can step back through your changes at any time. Use Ctrl+Z (or Cmd+Z on Mac) to undo the last stroke, or use the toolbar buttons. If you want to start over completely, a Reset button restores your image to its original unedited state.
You can upload JPG, PNG, and WebP images. The tool handles photos from smartphones, DSLRs, or screenshots equally well. After editing, you can export your result as JPG (with adjustable quality for smaller file sizes) or PNG (lossless, best for images with transparency or sharp edges). HEIC files can be converted first using our HEIC to JPG converter.
Liquify works on pixels, so heavily distorted areas may show softening or slight blurring — this is expected behavior with any pixel-based warp tool. For subtle retouching (small brush, low intensity), quality is preserved well. When you export as PNG, there is no additional compression loss. For JPG exports, set the quality slider to 90–95% to maintain excellent clarity while keeping file sizes reasonable.
